If you do not find the answer you are looking for, feel free to reach out to our Guest Service Team at info@mtbachelor.com.
GENERAL FAQ'S
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET OR PASS IF I DO NOT PLAN ON CAMPING?
Entry into the Festival Center, including all live music and events, is completely FREE!
Keep in mind that the festival will make the resort busier than usual, and parking for day visitors in the West Village lot will be limited. We recommend all non-overnight guests park in either the Sunrise or Skyliner parking lots and take our Interlodge Shuttle over to the Festival Center. Shuttles will be running between the two base areas on a loop throughout the day.
Lift tickets for skiing and snowboarding are sold separately from camping passes. See our Ski & Ride page for more info.
HOW CAN I STAY ALERTED ON RENDEZVAN EVENTS & UPDATES?
Stay in the know on festival events and updates by downloading the Mt. Bachelor App. Mt. Bachelor's app allows you to enable push notifications for resort updates, connect with your friends on the mountain, track your ski days, view real-time lift & trail status and lift wait times. Download and learn more about the Mt. Bachelor app here.
IS THERE A BUS OR A SHUTTLE THAT I CAN TAKE TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL?
Cascade East Transit is offering free shuttle rides from the Bend Park-N-Ride to get you up and down the mountain. For the full shuttle schedule, click here
CAN I PAY WITH CASH AT THE FESTIVAL?
RendezVan is a cashless event, so bring a debit and/or credit card to make purchases within the festival area, or use Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet or other contactless cards.
CAMPING FAQS
CAN I COME AND GO FROM MY CAMPSITE?
While guests can leave by foot and take the shuttle, there is no re-entry for cars allowed. Please come prepared to camp for the entirety of your stay.
HOW DO I PARK NEXT TO MY BUDDIES? CAN I PARK WHERE I CHOOSE?
If you want to park next to buddies, you and your crew MUST arrive together at the same time to get adjacent spots. You will only be allowed to camp next to a friend if they have purchased the same size campsite as you. If you want to ensure that you will park next to your buddies, we recommend staging in one of the adjacent snow parks to queue up your convoy.
Camping spots will be assigned by our team of parking experts. Kindly follow their instructions for an efficient parking experience.
HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN FIT INTO MY RESERVED SPOT?
Up to one (1) additional vehicle may be added on to your RendezVan Camping Pass reservation and must be purchased online at the time of your primary pass purchase. Extra Vehicle reservations may include any one car, camper, or RV as long as they fit within the designated footprint of the reserved space.
Extra vehicles must pick up a Pass during Check-In and are required to have it displayed visible through the windshield at all times.
If you would like to purchase an additional vehicle spot and did not do so in your initial camping reservation transaction, please contact the Mt. Bachelor Guest Service team at (541) 382-1709 or email info@mtbachelor.com.
IS MY CAMPING PASS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?
You may receive a refund for your camping pass until March 19th at 5:00 p.m. Refunded passes are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total amount paid. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after the deadline date. Please email info@mtbachelor.com with your name and contact information to request a refund for your camping pass before the deadline.
Passes are non-transferable.
ARE THERE SINGLE-NIGHT CAMPING PASSES AVAILABLE?
Reservations include three (3) nights of camping ONLY. Guests are welcome to come for as many nights as they choose, however only one fixed price for each reservation (up to 3 nights) will be offered, regardless of when you plan to arrive or exit the festival.
CAN I CAMP ADDITIONAL NIGHTS AT MT. BACHELOR BEFORE OR AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
RV camping spots will not be available for guests prior to and directly after the festival. There is no additional camping between those dates to allow for event set-up and breakdown on either end of the festival days. Overnight reservations outside of the festival weekend are subject to availability and guests may not stay longer than 7 consecutive nights. All RV parking must be reserved and paid online through Mt. Bachelor's regular in-season RV Camping booking process. Visit Mt. Bachelor’s RV Camping page for more details on parking pass types and links to reserve online.
What are the benefits of Non-Powered RV VIP Upgrade?
The VIP Upgrade gets you priority camp spot parking, close to the festival center.
TRAILER RESTRICTIONS DURING RENDEZVAN
During RendezVan trailers are not permitted in any Mt. Bachelor parking lots, including West Village, Sunrise, and Skyliner. The only exceptions are trailers attached to RVs with confirmed festival reservations. Normally, trailers are allowed in West Village, but please note this special restriction during the festival week to accommodate event logistics and ensure safety for all attendees. If you attempt to enter with a trailer without a proper RV reservation during these dates, you will be turned around. For any specific questions or details regarding trailer restrictions or RV reservations, contact our Guest Service team at info@mtbachelor.com.

- All RVs must be occupied overnight in case there is a need to move the vehicle.
- When checking in, you’ll receive a parking pass that will need to be displayed inside your vehicle. Make sure this is visible at all times. Vehicles without a valid parking sticker will be asked to leave.
CAN I HAVE A GENERATOR?
Yes, you can run any whisper-light generator from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ONLY throughout the Camping Lot, noting this must remain under 60 decibels to be in compliance with noise ordinance. There can be no personal generators in the Festival Center. The hum of generators becomes annoying over a long period of time. Please keep your neighbors in mind. We recommend generators that are sound insulated.
CAN I BRING MY OWN SOUND / DJ GEAR?
No on the DJ gear. Small, personal speakers for your campsite are permitted, but please adhere to strict quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). All speakers must be under 60 decibels. Please be respectful to your neighbors and note that if a problem with sound levels continues after a request and/or warning, the source of power for such device or system will be disabled.
HOW MUCH POWER CAN MY POWERED RV SITE SUPPORT?
Powered RV sites come with 3 power options, 20/30/50 amp. Each site only allows one plug to be used at one time. Using more than one plug at a time can overload the system causing it to fail.
FESTIVAL CENTER FAQ'S
Please note, Festival Center (Main stage, food and beverage, additional programming, and events) is separate from the Festival Lot.
IS OUTSIDE FOOD AND ALCOHOL ALLOWED INTO THE RENDEZVAN FESTIVAL CENTER?
No. Outside food and alcohol are not allowed inside the Festival Center. There are multiple food and alcohol options for sale inside the Festival Center.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
YES, but dogs must be on leash at all times during the festival, unless in the designated Mt. Bachelor Dog Park. Please ensure that dogs are secured to you or your site by a lead no more than six (6) feet long and supervised at all times.
Please be respectful of our mountain environment, and your fellow attendees and pick up after your dog. You can find dog waste bag stations located throughout the RendezVan Festival Center and Lot. There is a designated Dog Park located in the Northwest corner of the West Village lot where your well-behaved pups are free to play off-leash. Learn more about the Mt. Bachelor Dog Policy.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring everything you need to camp comfortably up at the mountain. We’ll have a few amenities for sale if you forget something, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll have everything.
Keep in mind that weather can change quickly at the mountain and temperatures can dip well below freezing at night. Mt. Bachelor has been known to receive snowfall as late as May, so plan accordingly!

Cascade East Transit also offers free shuttle rides from the Bend Park-N-Ride to get you up and down the mountain. For the full shuttle schedule, click here.

Bachelor boundaries unless expressly granted permission by Mt. Bachelor. This policy will be strictly enforced. See all of Mt. Bachelor's Resort Policies here.
